My very first post.

Honestly, what made me wanted to start a blog on this simply because I'd bizarre by how things work in workplace/office. I thought that I can drop it down as "lesson learnt" to constantly remind myself that humans are no better than animal.

1. How to fully utilize your annual leave
I have this colleague of mine, who is very smart in fully utilize his leave, whether its child care leave or annual leave or whatever leave. He seldom take leave. However, whenever there is an important meeting that needs his feedback or decision, he's always on "urgent" leave. So, when things get screwed up, he will reply saying "he's unaware as he's on urgent leave on the day of discussion". However, when things flow well, he will always appear around and claim credit for the success.

2. HOD who do not read emails
I have this HOD, he doesn't reply email at all, or perhaps I can say, he only reply when he feels happy to or someone higher than him is in the cc loop. This HOD deliberately look elsewhere rather than to look at you when you were walking towards him. Okay, never mind since he's a snobbish a**h**, Back to the topic, because he do not read email, he can just simply says he don't know or never heard of it. Just simply push the blame to you, despite having evidences that an email was sent to him days before. He just shut you off saying I don't know, never heard of it. What a HOD to begin with.

3. Mess up & expect you to resolve it
Well, this happened when after a project, there are some lapse in areas of major concern. These "good colleagues" will suddenly write to you and update you on some matters and need you advice. Now, be real careful... why? Because, he knows he had screwed up & need someone to be the sacred lamb to be butchered! When I was brief on the problem, its very clear to know that this man had made a blunder for overlook in some matters and now, the problem had snowballed to a hurricane storm. He quickly want to make a quick exit by saying this area is of your concern and you should ensure that the problem is resolved. This chap will use his annual leave or whatever f***ing leave to get his arse off this matter. For people who faced such bastard, please show them no mercy & f*** him right at his face! You screw up, you clear it up.

An example for this, a man wore a condom and screw a woman. The woman got pregnant because the man overlook the expiry date of the condom and want to ask the condom salesman to resolve the pregnant woman problem and claim that its not his fault. WTF! \
